Fk33 reserves the right to verify your identity as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You may be required to submit a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Fk33 reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee from the balance of inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 consecutive months). Advance notice will be sent by email.

Fk33 accepts multiple payment methods for deposits. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments will not be accepted.

All games on fk33 are operated to international standards. Game outcomes are determined using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly tested and certified by independent third parties.

• All game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, fk33's decision is final.
• Bets lost due to internet disconnection will not be refunded.
• Playing from multiple accounts simultaneously is prohibited.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs in any game is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of any associated winnings.

Any activity that violates fk33's terms and conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud, cheating, or game manipulation.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• You can set a session time limit to get automatically logged out after a specified period.
• If you need a break from gaming, you can request a cooling-off period of between 30 days and 6 months.
• A permanent Self-Exclusion option is also available; once this request is made, the account cannot be reactivated.
